Or I’ve got a Ko-Fi, with zero plans to update it or do anything beyond letting it exist as a support account. I can only do so much, and I’m ALREADY overextended.

Today’s daily doodle- I’m starting in on some re-ink work on the lotus-esque piece just below my sternum, and wanted to get the next stage laid out. Hopefully get the lotus outline and at least half the linework of this new stuff done tonight- we’ll see.

I’m starting to run out of time. On September 1st I’m going to owe $1480 on an apartment that I no longer live in. My former roommate isn’t going to pay that rent. I just can’t afford that and the rent for my current place at the same time. @friend-crow put Fahrenheit to Celsius conversion in their notes about the temp this morning, which I appreciate even as an American as I have enough friends outside the US.

Here’s my mental hack:

82 F and 28 C are the same thing and they are reversible.

60 F and 16 C are the same and they sort of sound like each other.

Above that is hot and below that is cold. That’s about all I need to know for travel to know if i need shorts or a sweatshirt.

However, I do think Fahrenheit is superior when it come to judging ambient temperature. There’s a big difference in comfort between 28 C (82 F) and 31 C (88F)

Also, a trick I learned from punk houses is that the melting point of Coconut oil is 78F (25C) so if you see the jar of coconut oil melted, it is over that.
